On the Talk Shows this Week

I keep seeing bands perform on the late-night talk shows and think, "D'oh -- that should have been on the blog." Then I proceed to repeatedly strike myself in the head. So, in order to avoid further self-torture, the Classic Alternative Blog presents some TV performances you may want to catch this week. If there are any other shows I should be looking out for, comments and emails are most welcome.

• The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson - Patti Smith (July 19).
